Ordering custom labels for your cosmetics line is simpler than it looks. Here is the 5-step process we use at KAYU.
1. Define your label
Size, shape, quantity, surface (bottle, jar, tube), and environment (water contact, oil, cold storage). This drives material choice.
2. Choose material and finish
Clear PET for a no-label look, vinyl for curved bottles, metallic or frosted stocks for premium feel, and foil stamping or soft-touch for a luxury finish.
3. Prepare your artwork
Send AI/PDF with 2-3mm bleed and outlined fonts, or ask our prepress team to prepare your file. We also help with EU/US compliance text placement.
4. Approve samples
We send structural and print samples. Check color, size and adhesive behavior on your actual container.
5. Production and delivery
After approval, production takes 7-15 days. We inspect before dispatch and arrange air or sea freight.
