Shipping & Delivery Policy
Quoted prices are generally EXW (our factory, Shenzhen) or FOB a named port unless a delivery term is stated in writing.
Shipping options (sea, air or express such as DHL/FedEx/UPS) are confirmed per order based on weight, dimensions and destination.
Duties, taxes and import clearance at destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless an agreed Incoterm states otherwise.
Estimated transit times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed; lead time is quoted separately from transit time.
What to expect
- A freight quotation is provided after the order is confirmed (or earlier on request).
- Tracking details are shared as soon as freight is booked.
- Delays caused by customs, weather or carrier capacity are outside our control.
