Terms of Service - Kayu Packaging (B2B Inquiry)
These terms apply to all enquiries, samples, quotes and orders between you and Kayu Packaging (Shenzhen / Hong Kong sales desk). By requesting a quote or placing an order you confirm you accept these terms.
This website is an inquiry-based B2B service. Quotations are prepared for custom-manufactured labels, flexible pouches and packaging boxes and do not constitute an offer to sell in any particular currency until confirmed in writing.
Enquiry, quotation and order process
- Enquiry: send your product, substrate, size, quantity and target application. We reply with an initial material and process recommendation within about 24 hours (working days).
- Quotation validity: written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of freight, duties and taxes unless agreed in writing.
- MOQ: minimum order quantities are product- and specification-dependent and are confirmed in writing at quotation stage.
- Sampling: samples may be provided for evaluation. Samples are supplied as guidance only and may not represent final production properties unless stated in writing.
- Production: production begins only after written approval of artwork/proof and confirmation of specification, quantity and payment terms.
- Artwork and IP: you confirm you own or are licensed for all artwork, trademarks and IP supplied. We will not reuse your artwork for other customers.
For goods manufactured to your specification, the supplied artwork, structure and materials are the controlling documents for acceptance.
