Refund & Sample Policy
Because products are custom-manufactured to your specification, orders cannot generally be returned or refunded after production begins.
We will correct or re-run products that do not match the approved artwork, structure or specification agreed in writing.
Before you commit
- Artwork/proof approval is the point of no return: once approved, the specification is locked.
- Samples are available before mass production for most enquiries so you can check appearance and function first.
- If a claim arises, notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details; claims for defects covered by the agreed spec will be handled promptly.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
