Custom Cigarette Boxes

Custom cigarette boxes do two jobs at once: they protect the pack and they carry the brand. We print and convert folding cartons for cigarette and tobacco products, from simple low-colour packs to multi-panel designs with register-critical artwork.

Print and finish

Logo, brand colours and full-panel artwork are printed to your files. Matte and gloss finishes, UV coatings and custom shapes are available, and embossing or foil stamping can add a tactile detail that lifts the pack on shelf.

Board and construction

Board grade, caliper and carton style are matched to your filling line so the pack runs cleanly through high-speed equipment and holds its shape in the display. Cartons can be supplied flat for machine filling or as pre-glued blanks.
