Custom Reseal Cigarette Flip-Top Packs

The flip-top pack, also called the hinged-lid pack, is the standard hard pack for cigarettes. A hinged lid opens to a fixed angle and closes again, which protects the cigarettes and gives the pack a rigid, premium feel that a soft pack cannot match.

Foil window and inner liner

Inside the lid sits the inner liner, and the foil window is the opening cut into it. The window gives a controlled way to take a cigarette while the rest of the liner stays closed, so the tobacco is not exposed every time the pack is opened.

Pull-tab opening

The usual way to breach the liner is a pull-tab: a small tab or perforated section that lifts cleanly. The dead-fold of the foil holds the opened edge in place instead of springing back, and the liner keeps regulating humidity between uses so the tobacco neither dries out nor takes on moisture.
