Custom Die-Cut Stickers

Custom die-cut stickers are cut through both the printed face material and the release liner, following the outside contour of the artwork. Each piece comes off the roll as a finished silhouette, which suits brand promotions, product inserts, giveaways, retail packs and merchandise.

Materials and adhesive

Stickers are made in paper, vinyl and film, with permanent or removable adhesive, full-colour printing and a protective finish. Cut lines, borders, backing shape and packing method are developed around the artwork and how the sticker will be used.

Cutting methods

• Die cutting — cuts through the printed layer, the adhesive and the release liner, giving a separate shaped sticker
• Kiss cutting — cuts the face material and the adhesive but leaves the backing sheet intact

Specifying a job

We need the finished width and height, the approximate shape, the number of designs and the quantity per design, plus the surface the sticker will go on. Paper, white film or clear film can be quoted as the face material, and A4, A5 and custom sheet formats are also available.
