What box structures do you make?
Folding cartons, tuck-top cartons, rigid / wrapped gift boxes, drawer boxes, window cartons and corrugated mailers - tell us your product and retail plan and we will confirm the structure at quote time.
What board should I choose?
Board choice depends on weight, size and shelf presence: white SBS carton board is the most common for printed retail boxes; grey-back CCNB and kraft give different looks; corrugated (E / N flute) adds stiffness for larger or heavier packs. Confirm grammage and flute at quote time.
How do you print and finish boxes?
Offset printing is our main process for cartons and wrapped boards (UV offset where needed, flexo for corrugated). Finishing options include gloss, matte and soft-touch lamination, spot UV, gold / silver foil and embossing - confirm your finish at quote.
Can you mount, glue and add fittings?
Yes - paper-to-board mounting for wrapped boxes and die-cutting with auto gluing for folding cartons are standard in-house processes. Windows, magnetic closures, ribbon and inserts can be added to the structure.
Do you offer recyclable or plastic-free options?
Recycled boards and FSC-certified paper are available to discuss, and plastic-free coated papers can replace film lamination for paper recycling streams. Confirm the target stream and compliance requirement for your market with your QA / compliance team.
