What pouch styles do you make?
Stand-up, three-side seal, back-seal and flat sachet formats - tell us your bag type and fill line and we will confirm the build at quote time.
What film and barrier can I use?
Outer film options include clear BOPP/BOPET/PE and kraft-paper based webs; barrier can be upgraded with aluminium foil or metallised layers depending on your shelf-life need. Confirm the structure against your product and budget at quote time.
How is printing done on pouches?
We reverse-print (inner print) behind the outer film by gravure or flexo, so ink is protected by the film and does not contact the product - spot colours and process print are both available.
Can I add a spout?
Yes - fittings such as reclosable spout can be added to the design. Confirm the fitting and filling method with your QA or production team and we will build to your spec.
Do you do recyclable or paper-based structures?
Kraft-paper-based and mono-material film structures are available to discuss - confirm the target recycling stream and compliance requirement for your market with your QA or compliance team and we will advise a structure at quote time.
